Data We Collect
Approvl collects the information you provide when creating an account (such as your name and email address), the audio files and mixes you upload for approval, and the feedback and comments left by approvers. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.
Cloud Storage
Approvl uses a secure cloud database to store your account information, uploaded mixes, and approval feedback. This allows your data to be accessible across your devices and shared with your designated approvers. Your files are stored with encryption at rest and in transit.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Approvl service — enabling you to share mixes, collect timestamped feedback, and manage approvals. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your audio files with any third parties.
Approver Access
When you invite someone to approve a mix, they are granted access only to the specific mix you share with them. Approvers cannot access your other projects, account details, or any other data within Approvl.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted to you and the approvers you explicitly invite.
